    Note: We only ship to a few chosen EU countries. Orders from other countries will be canceled.

    Orders are processed as quickly as possible, but processing may take up to a maximum of 5 days. Shipping may take up to 2-3 weeks, depending on your location. Delivery times can vary due to factors such as customs processing or courier delays.

  3. Shipping Origin
    All orders are shipped from Poland. Depending on your location, customs processing or additional delays may affect delivery time.

    We take great care to ensure that all packages are thoroughly checked before they are shipped. This ensures that the items are in perfect condition when they leave our warehouse.

  5. Tracking Information
    Tracking numbers may not be provided for all shipments. If available, we will share the tracking details with you. However, if tracking is not available, please be assured that we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and securely as possible.

    We offer fixed shipping costs for all orders. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout based on your location. The customer is responsible for any additional taxes or import duties that may be imposed by the destination country. Please ensure that you review your order details before completing the purchase.

    While we aim for timely delivery, Fortunaveni is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors that may affect shipping times.
